Over billing /transparency is not there

Sir,

I hv made my complaint fr Airtel landine no. 0120 -4314544 & broadband number of times but of no use. I think this is all about making the fool of people who make complaints. I was given a waiver of Rs. 600/- in the month of June fr which I got an email frm [email protected]

But still I m getting calls fr that payment though I hv made payments after that what ever was due.

Kindly look into the matter.
