Req Num: 3457292 for shifting broadband caonnection

This is regarding Req Num: 3457292 which I have raised on 3rd Sep for shifting

my broadband connection. I have told that it will done by Monday But still I

have not yet received any call regarding this. When I call at customer care, they are not telling me any exact

date when it will done. Request you to pls look into this. It is not 11 days over they have neither shifted my connection nor call me.
