Miss behave by tell cares

Dear sir / madam

i am jatinder bajaj using 0161-4621782 land-line cum broadband service. i call 198 for my net is not working and refund of 192. and miss rubby miss behave me i said i will complaint against you she said do whatever you want i don't care.

now told me is this right way to talk with customer

and send me recording of that call so that i can sue on your company

28-7 complaint is registrar against miss at 198 also with nodal officer still this complaint is open.

so your company take more then 2 months to solve this so i stop the payment and when right solution provided by your company to me then i will pay the outstanding amount without any late payment charges.

because 2 if your company take to solve a problem then i will also take 2 month to pay outstanding amount to your company.

i hope you will solve this problem
