I am Rajat dhawan and i have been using airtel Internet services on my mobile phone for the past 3 years and despite of complaining about slow speed again and again no useful action is taken against the complaint and every time i get assurance for a resolution but nothing has changed . i am frustrated with the kind of service airtel is providing.if someone can suggest me a strict action against them please contact me at 9818897949.
i have checked Internet speed on my friend's mobile and he is getting far better speed than what i am getting.
airtel has become worthless network service provider within a time span of 5 years.if i don't get any resolution sooner than i would have no option other than switching my network provider.
