I had done online booking for BIG HOME - Mini Silai Machine with Thread Set Classic 1 Gram Gold Jewellery from Naaptol.com on the 7th of November vide order no.2780850 through Debit card and after checking found that the order has been verified also but today is the 26th and I am yet to receive my products and whenever we call their customer service the say that they are very sorry and still the order is being verified. We have also sent a mail to their [email protected] but we have not received a revert.
I would advice all the people reading this not to purchase from NAAPTOL.COM as they are cheaters. I would also like to know where can I register my complaint so that I get my refund.
