I have an Airtel Broadband datacard connection which I have been using for the few months. It’s a 6 GB download. However I have been facing a problem with the download limit. My speed reduces to 256kbps after just around 2-3 GB downloading. I have placed many complaints with Airtel. They have done nothing to solve the problem. I don’t see a reason to keep paying for their very expensive service. My speed reduced to 256Kbps in a matter of 10 Days. They are definitely cheating me. I will gladly pay for services that I use. I am posting this in hope that my issue will be resolved and that i may be able to use the full 6 GBs of my package which is rightly mine. The bills of Airtel is very different. When a download happens it starts 2 billing at the same time. Could someone advise me.
