No commited speed and poor response after complaint

I had purchased a data card from Indrapuram Airtel Office but from last one week i am not getting the committed speed and not most of the time not able to find the connection. I took the best plan and almost spent 2000 Rs on data card. When i went to that shop for helpp they behave like it was my fault that i purchased the card. I am unable to cop up with the problem as i already speak to a lot of people and really sad with the bad behavior. We are common people in India who are just getting the notions from the higher people that we are having the right to say... but i am now completely in favor of the fact that we people are made to suffer. I am not a media person who can just raise the finger. Well Mr Mittal is going for a big deal... common Mr. Mittal see the small things u are just going larger by cutting our stomach... I am hoping that consumer forum can really come out and support the people like me and making some hard rules for the companies like Airtel who are just getting larger by sucking the blood of poor.
