Hi,
I was told by the airtel rep in Nov 14 to take a new connection for WI FI and Airtel Digitel TV and it would cost 2250.
I made the payment through my American Express card no. 376933542321003 on the 14th of Nov for Rs 2250 in the airtel Dwarka Sector 5 office (one on top of Pizza Hut).
I was given a reassurance that the Wi Fi and digital TV would be installed in 3-4 days. I was given a form no. 1957221 in the name of my father Mr. P.C. DHAR (Parimal Chandra Dhar) for the address B 602, Palam Apartment, Sector 5, Plot no. 7, Dwarka, New Delhi 110045.
After 5 days when I went ot the office to check they said it would take another 5 days. When I went after another 6 days as it was not installed I was told that it would be done in another 4-5 days as they dont hav eenough pillars at the moment. Tired of waiting I went back in DEC first week and was told that it cannot be done and would get my money refunded back in 10 days and would be mailed to my address.
I went back to check in the last week of DEC as no cheque had arrived. Again they told me that there wassome discrepancy and the check was stuck and now they have sorted it out and I would get my refund back within a week by cheque. Again I went in Jan and in Feb and now they will not refund me money back as they say its stuck some where and they dont know.
This is stealing customer's money and harrassing them again and again. I have gone their in my working hours as their timings and my office timings clash and thus I my job has been impacted as well. I am so upset with this that I wont recommend anyone to have any association with AIRTEL.This is just not expected and the torture I have gone through I hope they realise their mistake some they as many are suffering.
