I live in South Bangalore and have been facing regular drops in my connection for the past 6 months. Every time I place a complaint, an executive comes and tells me the same things that there is some copper issue in the line that is coming in to my building and would be taken care of by changing the copper cable. For the past 6 months they have been changing copper (or so they tell me) every time I make a complaint. I must have at least 15 Service Request numbers with me and still the same happens every alternate week! What kind of a joke is this? I am paying Rs1200 every month for this crap and I am helpless as I can't afford not being connected even a single day in order to switch to another provider.
Airtel DSL in my area has to be the most terrible broadband connection I have every experienced. Shame on you.
