This is yet another case for AIRTEL to look into urgently.
I had one DSL connection vide A/C No. 16082650 which I got disconnected on 10.2.11 vide service request no. 1371589.
On receipt of Bill No. 692204735 for Rs.3708/- I made the full payment which was accounted upto 10.02.2011.
I am surprised that till the time of writing this letter this connection has not been disconnected and I have received
Bill No. 693168051 for the entire month i.e. 11-02 to 10-03.
There seems to be something wrong with airtel people who are not taking care of thier customers, of late.
Although I am customer of AIRTEL since 1996, but now the company is adopting unscrupulous methods to extract money
from the customers on one pretext or the other.
Kindly get the bill withdrawn immediately.
