Airtel Games on Demand Service
Paid Service added without my knowledge

I have been receiving calls from Airtel regarding adding a 'free' games on demand service for a few months now, and each time I have told the person calling me, categorically, that I NOT interested in the service.

Suddenly on the 26th of January, I get a mail from Airtel saying my subscription has been 'renewed' at a cost of INR 200! How can something that I've never applied for, be renewed?

From Google I can see that I'm not the only one facing this issue.

Airtel, please clean up your racket!
