The problem is connected to Airtels Rs 98/2gb monthly plan which is clear (In Rs and in GBs)
However the customer being told that after 2gb its 30 paisa/ 50kb is not plain and clear
"Additional GB charged @ 6000/- is something which i was never informed" and it is Shocking
Also normally i look for msgs from Airtel under the TAG of 121, 247.
Whats the Reason of sending Critical/ Important information under AD- Service??
The 121 msg which i received on 16/2, is the first time i became aware at that time the bill dated 12/2 was already generated.
that's when i called to check the issue on 19/2/11
why no intimation was given through calls?? (when the charges are going above normal)
i called back again around the 28th feb to know further as i was promised to receive a call back.
Also now when i checked the AD_Service- the first msg sent to inform me about the charges was on 9/2 by then gprs charge was already 31 times over??
and the second AD-Service msg just after another 5 days on 14/2 the gprs charge was already 120 times over.
Hope the issue is resolved with YOUR help

Called customer care found usage showing as 3.8gb
Even if i go by the usage of 3.8GB
i am Completely Dumbfounded and Shocked that a company like AIRTEL is charging almost 12000 for 1.8 GB.
