In March i got a bill where i was charged for using internet whereas my gprs pack was active
and when contacted to 198 they said i was using gprs via airtel live where as i m using the same settings since december. And no reimbursement was done. and i had to pay the hefty amount.
Now in april i got a bill today where in i was charged again for gprs saying you have got the gprs pack activated on 18th april. And if you check my bill i have been regularly charged for all usage after 18th i dont know what they want to say. Where as my gprs pack is active since december. and they are not ready to accept this thing where as its mentioned in all my bills since december.
When i contacted on 198 they say its my fault. How can a end user change any pack on airtels server without any request to change any pack.
i asked them to check on their server i have not submitted any request for any kind of change in gprs pack. still they are asking for 1900 rupees for internet usage.
Please help me i have been cheated by airtel twice and the total amount now exceeds 3000 rs.
