After recharge not showing balance in recharged gprs ac

Gprs account for rs 98 for 30 days was charged on 26 jan but on request to customer service balance in account not shown though activation was done.earlier also they have deducted from main balance for use of gprs though it wad subscribed.prepaid no is 9748844469
