Sir/madam, few month ago i took a airtel internet broad band service at 1st the excutive come he promised me that he will provide me with in three or four days my internet service but then they put my internet service in 25 days after that the problem is not finished my network is always creating problem n then i used to call them always n there engineer sometimes n customer care some time they pick my call sometimes not so i just fed up n told then after using around twenty days that i want to disconnect it n i inform them but now they call me n harass me that i have to pay the whole bill not for one month but for 2 to 3 month bill they didn't even send me any bill as a hard copy sir please help me out from this problem
