I was being charged the DSL charges without my consent since the time i took this connection. 3 4 months back i asked the customer care people to disconnect the DSL charges and deduct the previous DSL charges which i never asked for nor im liable to pay but they dint deduct the charges.
as a result of this the amount piled up and late fee charges inculcated in such a way that im not liable to pay these charges at all.
id words with the CCE and she said the amount will be remitted and deducted by this.
ill be obliged if u do so
