For your reference and details regarding problems which I am facing for more than 2 months due to Faulty Instrument provide by Airtel at the time of connection, (I can forward all my e-mails send to Airtel to your e-mail address. ) In short, Airtel is cheating with his customers by providing faulty instruments at the time of connection. When their instrument stop proper working, and after asking for replcement, Airtel denies to do so on the basis of their policy and they are forcing their customers to purchase another new instruments from their authorised Service centre.
