IPTV shifting

Hi,

I had lodged a Request # 392685 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Gurgaon on 23rd November and made numerous calls to Airtel after that, but every time I get the same response that "we have forwarded your call to senior department", but this request in pending till date (30/11). If somebody from AIRTEL reads this please let me know the time in which my connection will be shifted and whom to contact now to get the resolution.
