I have requested for re-activation of my connection by request number 15610876, the date given to complete the request was 18th may. After following up each day (EVEN TALKED TO FLOOR MANAGER at customer care)... BUT no update is been given & was asked to wait till the date assigned. I waited tilll the date BUT there was only a single call of confirmation for re-activation of the connection. The request is been FALSELY Closed by saying that the confirmation call is NOT been picked-up.
Again, I lodged a complain by number 16101682, of which closing date is assigned as 24th May. But, NO ACTION, ONLY confirmation calls. I called up customer care again talked to floor supervisor... who assured me to get the connection within 3 days, which is the procedure. Again ONLY confirmation calls made.
NO ACTION.
Still waiting for connection.
AIRTEL should be BANNED OUT for frauding Customer. I am highly upset, some compensation should be given for such a MENTAL TRAUMA
