Hello sir i m using airtel broadband INTERNET for last one year .and being a valuable customer they changed my plan which i was using, without any prior notice and the new plan is costing me more as well as not suiting my usage..my account no is 15557791.This is the way a company like Bharti-Airtel is bluffing with its customers..
