Harasment and not taking action of discontinuing service

Despite a continuous asking to your customer care officials to discontinue the internet service being provided by you since previous quite couple of months (Airtel number - 9831068650), no action has not yet been taken so far and every time i am getting harased by getting disturbing phone call from your customar care persons (even when I take a class) that I have payment due for two or whatsoever months, while the discontinuation of service has been requested with conviction long before that and its shattering my dignity. If no action is taken as quick as possible and i get assured that I wont get any disturbing calls from your customer care, I may lead to go for legal procedure.
