Deduction from main balance

I am customer of airtel company.on 23rd Oct. I made recharge of rs 98 as internate pack for mobile no.9822699936 . The scheme is Upto 1gb downloading possible by the above plan.but whenever I activate internet on my mobile, airtel deducting money from my main balance, airtel is cheating with all customers, what is the use of scheme for we are paying rs 98.

Please register my complain against airtel company and give me relief..
