I bought a Nokia C3-00 with Airtel Connection on 4th November. According to the present ongoing offer (as printed on the package box and can be frequently seen on TV), I am supposed to get 2GB/month free internet for 6 months. But Airtel hasn't sent me the appropriate Default Access Point settings and has not activated the offer. I am getting charged at regular rates. I called the Technical Assistance, they asked me to buy a Rs.98 internet pack, which is absurd. I emailed them several times, most of which were replied to stating - "we will look into the matter and get back to you". I wrote to the Nodal Officer of the Bihar-Jharkhand circle too. After a couple of days, they replied saying that the offer has been activated. I tried to test it by opening a site, after which I found that my account was getting debited at regular rates. Nokia says that they can't help me and I should put up the matter with Airtel. Now who is at fault? - Nokia or Airtel or ME?
