Airtel Postpaid: WRONG CHARGED BILL But they are not ready to settle the same

I have been charged for rs 1265 for March month (My bill plan was 250 only and never reached more than that).

They are not ready to adjust the amount any how.

At the time of taking connection i was been told that security amount is refundable and i have to refund the modem etc while surrendering the connection.

When i requested to close the account they tried not to discontinue the connection for 3 months. And amount is being appreciated.it is now 2000.now the cc executive from airtel is saying that no security amount will be adjusted and i need to pay the bill with Delay fee. This is incorrect.
