I have complaint frm last 3 mnths but no action is been taken for deduction of mney evrday frm my balance of airtel prepaid... i dont use the airtel live but deduct the mney ant time may be in the late nights.i have complaint so mny times. last i had complaint on 26th jan abt the same.1st 2 time they canceled my call.and 3rd time they spoke to me... when i told abt the deduction of mny they are saying tht ur using the net... they have told me tht they have de activated the airtel live now it will not deduct the mney but the same day after few hurs withut using the airtel live my mney was deduct im really... fed of this service.plz do take action for this. idont have so much time to complaint alwys to customer care... and anytime they active any plan on my number. evn i dont active also. i have told abt this... but again same reply now it will not happen. plz help me out for this... my number is 9867800516... name on abhishek singhvi
