Dear Sir,
Till 03-06 i was activated for 19rs/200mb reactivation plan.
But due to low balance it wasn't renwed on 04-06..
Got manually activated for rs5/50mb by *567# service, even the charge was deducted.
After some time started browsing but after completion of it the balance was deducted.
Checked even by *123*10# int acc bal was.
I called Customer care 198 and even 121, But did'nt got correct suggestion.
THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED ON EXECUTIVE SIDE IN MIDDEL OF THE CONVERSION
BUT AFTER THIS IF CALLED TO CC THE CALL IS DIRECTLY BEING DISCONNECTED SUGGESTING DIAL *123#
REALLY THE SERVICE OF THE AIRTEL IS NOW A DAYS BEING DECRESSED THIS PROBLEM IS FACED MANY TIMES BY ME
