The terms of the company say "All participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (for eg: if you buy any deal worth Rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy)" But neither I am seeing the points credited in my account nor I am getting a proper email reply or anyone to talk to me over their customer service number. I am fed up calling them ample of times but there is always one message "Either the agents are busy or you are calling after office hours" which is of course not the case.
