Connectivity problem

I activated airtel's 3G service and make recharge of Rs.1250 on 15th december and its validity is till 14th january. But from 23rd december i am not getting 3G speed. I am getting 2G speed on my handset.i have made complaint in this regard on 23rd december. but they have not taken action and i am still getting only 2G speed.between 26th to 29th airtel's internet was totally unavailable.service resumed on 29th but then also i am getting 2G speed.

when i try to call airtel customer care there is no response.

please help me. airtel should either refund my balance or extend validity.
