As I have purchased Aitel Data Card for internet service past one month ago. I have recharged for Rs.751.00 3 G plan in T.nagar shop Chennai i received message in my in box that plan was activated with transaction I.DName:

Time: 6/13 2:41:24 PM.
I checked my balance on 15-06 it showed me 3700 G.B is balance, But on 16-06 morning it showed me 00.00 Balance After a great shock I tried to contact customer care after a long struggle I contacted Mr.krishnamurthy Divisional Manager cell no.9952434865 he promised me that he will fix the problem within 24 hours and he also gave me complaint No.30619742339 and he told me that 3G plan Rs. 751 was stopped I asked about my balance or my history details he promised to help me. After two days I tried to contact him but he is not available some one spoked and again promised me to retain my balance, but nothing was happened then again I contacted customer care and I spoke to Mr. Srinivasan Supervisor told me he will contact within four hours. He contacted me yesterday night in mobile No. 9500065427 at 11.08 P.m. stating that my account has been reactivated so my balance was gone and in future i have to make recharge to get new balance but I was totally confused with is reply. one person telling that plan was withdrawn and another person telling that my account was reactivated but no one answered me about my balance 3700M.B. i have paid Rs.751.00. Sir please consider my struggle with Airtel and please take action regarding above issue and oblige.
