We have informed Airtel offices several times on their customer care phone line and as per advice we are also sent mails on mails in [email protected], [email protected] & also another lots of mail ids but the result is no reply or in telephonic they didnot give proper advice, requesting that the airtel pc secure anti virus software services is outomaticaly activated in airtel office & also send bill after one month, it is run even 6 month ago & will continueing we don't know how it is & how it will run.
At last 2 persons visit our office & comiment they give waiver but after all they didn't. what happen in airtel office its god knows.
we have attached bill & sign of those people who comitment for waiver.
We are surprised that airtel is a big comp. but they also cheet coustomers.
We are requesting again the Airtel authorities at Bharti Airtel Limited 224 Okhala Industrial Area Phase-111 New Delhi - 110020 to immediately take an action & Redeactived (already deactivated on your end but billing) as we will not entertain any more bills for this connection. lan line no is 120-4226987
