This is to inform you that after continuous approach by BAGITTODAY (India today group) on my mb ph throughout several days, I've ordered anairas diamonds (worth rupees 50000/-said by the company representative i.e. Mr. Krishna chaudhary Mr. Ankush garg with proper certificate/guarantee) with blackberry storm 9530 mobile for RS.23, 999/-and submitted Rs.23, 999/- through my citibank credit card no.5425xxxxxxxx3800 on 23/2.The order id was 110105402 and said max.delivery time was 2-3 weeks. After ordering, i've not received any call or e-mail for my confirmation regarding order which I was expecting on SMS/e-mail, however the information regarding the debit of rs.23, 999/- was mentioned to me by Citibank immediately on the same day.
After that day, in next 2-3 days when they've called me several times again on phone to upgrade my earlier order with some more extra amount then i refused any change in my order and asked them to first send me details of my earlier order by e-mail then i'll think for any upgradation. Then they've sent me immediately that e-mail regarding my order details without mentioning order id (Copy of that mail attached herewith). But after getting that mail, i was in dilemma/genuineness of order therefore i again refused any further addition/upgradation in my order. I always said to them that i'll only able to give any further order when i'll receive the firstone.
whenever i 've tried to call those persons, i was unable to contact them on all given nos.(0120-4112424, 0120-4781300) to me. After 1 week, when i was trying again on 0120-4112424, i've talk to Mr. Ankush garg regarding delivery time/My other doubts/ cancelling order otherwise. He has assured me to dispatch my order anyhow in next 7-9 days. I said otherwise i'll cancel the order, he was agreed at that time. I was waiting since then.
On 11/3, when i've contacted again regarding status of dispatch at 0120-4112424, they said to me that the mb. ph.is not in stock then i asked them to connect me to Mr. Ankush Garg, they told that they ara not able to connect me to that person even they’ve not recognized him in BAGITTODAY, then I told them to cancel my order under these circumstances and refund my amount. Then neither they've confirmed the status of cancellation of order nor they discussed about any refund. They've started pretending that they are not able to see the current status, computer is not showing the order ID or my phone no., call me tomorrow or after 2-3 days etc. They are still pretending by different excuses like someone will call me shortly for my problem/computer is not showing order details etc for last 6-7 days.
I am continuously waiting for their call/e-mail but since then i.e. 11/3, whenever i call them they've always tried to tell excuses regarding next call from their side/refund may take 2-3 another weeks but still not saying precisely the current status, whether order is cancelled or not. They've tried to cheat me all the time, still are trying continuously. Now i am fed up completely with their approach. This was my first experience with this company. Please help me for this. When i was searching yesterday regarding consumer forum, i read same kind of many complaints against BagItToday on INDIACONSUMERFORUM site. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. The due date of credit card statement is 20/3.I'll be very obliged to you for your this kind consideration.
