I have placed a product on July 18 costing 16, 490 from Timtara.com. Order number 10291082, Very Second I have received a confirmation call from their side, and after two days I received a mail that your product is ready to shipment but till the date i.e. 21 Aug I haven't received any product or every time when I call to customer care they said the product will be shipped soon, and we filled your complaint you'll receive a call and mail in 24 hours, but dint receive either.
