Legal notice for cheating the customer.
I, Rajesh Srinivasan, son of Mr. Ramaswami Srinivasan, aged about 37 made an online purchase in your website www.indiaplaza.com vide order no. is IN1110114754
Firstly, the transaction was fully paid for, but your website said transaction failed. (1st instance of cheating the customer).
Secondly, after authorisation, several assurances of delivery have been given, but the consignment has not been delivered yet.

I called up the call centre now to request for a status update and they were unable to provide an answer to me. (The response received is: The concerned person is not available).
When I made a request for refund of my money (Rs.99), the answer I got was that once the produce is invoice, it cannot be refunded.
I call upon you to either deliver the product (headset) on or before 30th October or refund the money to me in full.
I shall be constrained to submit a complaint to the local District magistrate for a criminal complaint for cheating under S.420 if a response is not provided. in addition to approaching the local consumer court.
