Sir, I have purchased abovementioned FLY B435 mobile from kashish, Butler Plaza, Bareilly (UP) on dt.- 29-5 for my daily use and utility but this mobile become dead on dt 4-6. I submitted this mobile for repairing your authorized service center Joint Communication, MCI Plaza Bareilly UP. They said me to repair my mobile within 3-4 days. But they never me inform anything about my FLY mobile. Today they said that your mobile has sent to company for repairing you should come after 30-45 days. But Sir mobile is very necessory and required thing for a professsional. I am suffering a lot because of this kind of mobile. Now I have no option to purchase mobile of other company. I am advocate by profession. I am not feeling good that I have purchsed such kind of mobile which is the reason of tension now a days for me.
