House Completion Certificates in DLF

Since past couple of years, I have been noticing an unique way of getting completion certificates of newly constructed houses.

Builders, build house as per law. Once they get completion certificate, they construct more that allowed. For instance in DLF City, there are certain rules like

1) Leaving 10ft on the rear/front site for ventilation

2) Limit on max permissible construction for each floor.

3) Limit on number of floors -

But I have been seeing since some time that people have started building 3-4 floors, 100% construction on each floor, leaving just 3-4 feet rear/front side.

Its so unfortunate that building are getting away with such illegal construction.
