Ordered books worth Rs.926 by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 11th july but it is more than 6 weeks now, books have not been delivered at all. Earlier also, subscribed for India today. Only 3 editions were delivered - rest have not come at all. Mails/queries have no response. What is happening, how do we proceed against them? Advises smb!
