DELAY IN SERVICE

Dear Cencern,

REMAINDER - 1

Please note that I have made a complient on 12.03.09 COMPLIENT NUMBER 53402976 for non working of water purifier. Your service person attended the call after 4 - 5 days and informed that a spare part (PUMP) to be changed.

But till now nobody come to service the purifier. I ahve made number of remainders through customer help line 39883333 and aqua service center 30630009. I have personally visited Aqua Service center located at SRINIVASA NAGAR, KOLATHUR, CHENNAI -99. But no action taken.

Please note that the water filter at my home is not in working condition for mor than 50 days from JAN 09. I have never expect the worst service provided by Aqua Guard.

I request you to rectifie the purifier with in two working days from today. Otherwise I have no option to proceed with CONSUMER COURT.

Please do the needful.
