Eureka Forbes delivered me a broken Aqua guard booster

I bought a new Aqua Guard Booster model from Eureka Forbes agent (Mr. Ramesh). The piece was delivered on 13/05/09 at 12 noon. Instillation was made the same day at 3pm. He started his demo and the power went off, so the service person said, as the instillation is complete, he will come in the evening to give a demo. After he left the place the Aqua Guard started leaking. I called up the service person (Mr. Srinivas) to tell him the same. He came back at 8pm and after half an hour of work on the Aqua guard, he told that the piece delivered to me is Faulty i.e. the filter shell is broken. He asked me to contact the sales agent who sold me the piece (Mr. Ramesh), Mr. Ramesh agreed that the piece was faulty and he will replace it the next morning (14/05). Next morning when I call Mr. Ramesh, he started saying that he has no right to replace the piece and if I want a replacement I should contact Mr. Sudhaker (Area manager). Mr. Sudhaker gave me the same reply that he too has no right to replace the piece and only Mr. Ravi (Manager) has the right to do so. Mr. Ravi didn’t lift his phone even though is tried his phone for 1 hour (phone no :). So I sent an E-Mail to Info&&-- . In the evening of 14/05/09 I got a call from Mr. Sai kumar (also area manager). Who said that he will see to it that the problem is rectified by tomorrow (15/05) 11am. I waited till 12 noon on 15/05 thinking someone will turn up to correct the problem only to realize that I am cheated once more. Then I called the service center to enquire about the service person, who was expected to drop at my place to correct the problem. I took the phone no of that service person and requested him to come to my place to which he obliged and turned up at 1pm and told me the same thing which the other service person on first day told i.e. the carbon filter shell is broken it needs replacement. Then I asked him to replace the product, to which he gave me one more phone no. this time of Mr. Sharavan kumar (who was not ready to disclose his position in the organization) tried to convince me that one more service person will come to have a look at the Aqua Guard and find out what is wrong with it. He also told me that the service person has already started for my place in the morning itself and he will be there at my place any moment now. To my question he replied that this service person will also see what the problem is, and will not be able to correct the problem. I understood that my place is being used as training center. He also advised me to call Mr. Ravi. So I called Mr. Ravi from my phone 10 times and every time he disconnected. I requested the service person standing beside me (the person who turned up 1 pm) to call Mr. Ravi’s no. to my surprise, Mr. Ravi picked the phone the very first time.he talked with the service person and when I wanted to talk he just disconnected. It 6pm on 15/05/09 and I am still waiting for the service person who started for my house in the morning of 15/5/09 to reach my home safely and repair my brand new Aqua Guard Booster.
