Poor service

Sir,

We purchased Aqua Guard RO plant (Classic Model) in January. For the past three weeks the plant is not working, for which i lodged a complaint through phone.

I repeatedly contacted the office but in vain.

At the time of purchase, we are forcefully convinced by the staff of their sincere service but practically this isn't done in many cases.
