My previous complaint was non availability of service, lodged on 21st July. Hence an operator named Manas Chakraborty attended for service. But my machine was not repaired rightly. He has a negligence of duty. I lodged complaint again to Euro Helpline. But the operator Manas now abused me for lodging complaints and threatened for not servicing again. The result, I am being deprived the filtered water. My Aqua Guard is not functioning from 16th instant though I have contacted with the Company and paid in advance.
Please look into the matter. If at any reason repairing service is not done, please help me to return the balance money.
