STILL NOT RECD MY SHIPPMENT BOOKED ON 13.07.2011

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I HAVE PURCHASE ONLINE AQUA STORAGE - AMRIT - 20 LTRS WITH RS. 1990 /- THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD ON 13/07, BUT STILL NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM COMPANY, NOT EVEN MY SHIPPMENT RECD. I HAVE CALLED-UP SEVERAL TIMES IN A DAY, I ONLY GET REPLY THAT WE FORWARD UR COMPLIANT CO. PERSON WILL CONTACT YOU. FROM 13TH JULY TO TILL DATE FROM CO. ONLY 1 CALL I RECD AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL DO WITHIN 2 DAYS. BUT TILL DATE I DIDN`T GET SHIPPMENT. SECONDLY WHEN I SEE MY BANK STATEMENT AND I NOTICE THAT THE RS. 1990 /-

IS DEBITED TWICE TIME. I ALSO INFORMED THEM REGARDING TWICE TIME PAYMENT. THEY TOLD THEY WILL REFUND IT. BUT, THAT ALSO I DIDN`T RECD.
