I had been using Aquaguard Classic since 1999. On being transferred to Chennai, when I requested your Chennai office for reinstallation and Annual Maintenance Contract, your officer incharge suggested me to exchange it with new model as my one was 10 year old. Wheen agreed, one AQUAGUARD TOTAL GOLD NOVA (Sl No. 2005159) was sold to me by Satheesh Kumar D (902892) by Invoiice No. 1038100854 and installed by Siva (Cell No. 9840646025) on 11.6.2008.
The company representative who has come for installation has given the guarantee card & bill without company seal. Since the day of installation the system has been giving problem like low water pressure, bad odor, not functioning of ro filters as it appears that under quality machine supplied.
For the last 9 months, even after several telephonic complaint registrations, the service engineers attended only twice and we are buying water even after spending such appreciable amount of money, as the machine doesn’t work. It is learnt from both the service engineers in two occassions that the model is defective and required fortnightly cleaning of 1st filter, for which the wrench had not been supplied.
I, thereforee request you to replace the same with a good model before expiry of Warranty.
