Unit not working from 18-08-11, complain registerd vide complain no.85368160 dt.19-08-11, engineer visited on dt.23-08-11 and told some electrical part is faulty and will be replaced tommorow dt.24-08-11. The engineer didn't revisited and cleared the complain.
Fresh complain booked again vide complain no.85401514 dt.25-08-11and till date fault not attended. Asked yesterday dt.26-08-11 on toll free number and replied by the operator: engineer will attend the fault today only but not happened so, again the same thing happened today. Unit is under warranty, purchased on 26-10.
Let me know when the complain will be attended to set right the unit.
