Product purchased on dt.28-10 and hence under warranty. Unit not working from 18-08. Complain booked on dt.19-08 vide no. 85368160. Engineer visited on dt.23-08-11 and told some electric part is faulty and the same will be brought tommorow i.e.24-08-11 and replaced. He didn't revisited and complain cleared. Next day i.e.on dt.25-08 complain booked afresh vide no.85401514 and not attended till date.
Let me know whether and when the unit will be set right.
