I am least surprised. I sent two packages on Aramex Valueexpress from Libya to Calcutta INDia. In both case the packages were opened& In the first case they damaged an expensive kitchen gadget beyond repair and in teh second an electric jug was lost. In both cases thye just refused to entertain and kept mum.
