A parcel under AWB No 4409025320 is lying at their office since 18 Jul but are refusing the deliver even on 24 Jul and on continuous follow up aver that they are looking into the matter. Few months ago Aramex gave similar stories on another parcel of mine and declared it as "lost" after a month or so.
Aramex is loosing items regularly.
