Hello Sir, I have purchased my computer sometime in August and Arcamax itself arranged a loan. The Loan period is 11 months which got over in 2007 itself. After 2 years, i have received a call from Bajaj Finance, Malleswaram, Bangalore saying that I failed to pay one installment. All my payment cleared with ECS. When i spoke to the 1st person, he said that they had some problem in computer database so he was not able to inform this long time. Again recently i received a call from a person called Kumar who spoke to me little rough and said that he was trying to reach my mobile but i changed from the time i closed the loan. The number is still active and is under the use. I normally use different connections like official use and personal use. When the person called to my number, they have given my personal number as well. Now the way he spoke to me looked like threatening for the non payment. I told him that very clearly... this is something you are asking after 2 years after i cleared my loan. He was giving a non execusable reason for the same. I need a help on the same. Can you please help me on the same.
