I am a resident of h.no.138, roura sector-2, bilaspur, himachal pradesh .i have applied for the subscription of physics spectrum, mathematics spectrum and chemistry spectrum from arihant prakshan. So for this purpose i sent a draft of rupeese 1080/- only on 5th of august through draft no.123517.I contacted many times with contact numbers 09999058231, 01147630600 in august they replied that they will start sending the magazines from september. I wait for september. But when september came i again contacted then they replied that not my address my father told them our address. But when 20th of sep. also crossed then we agai started contacting then they replied that they have despatched them and you will get them soon. On 28th sep. iagain contacted with miss rama who has incharge of sending magazines she told me that they have send them two days earlier. On 29th i started mailing. On 3oth sep.when i again contacted then they told that they have not my address i personally told them my address. But even now i am not in reciept of even first module. Please help me...
