Display flicekring and headphone not working

I had bought a Sonyericsson w595 on 14th January in Arjay Electronics, Garuda mall, B'lre and gifted to my girl friend..

It's observed the phone display flickers and the head phone was not functioning on regular insert, instead If she tries to keep pressing it into jack she can hear the sound.. She went back to Arjay electronics on 17th Jan (4th day from the purchase date) and said about these problems.. But there is no response from them but simply they said take it to Sony service centre (Commercial road)..

Then she took ride to Sony service center (Commercial street) and they informed as they don't have the facility to repair this phone and asked her to go to another service center Accel frontline..

Finally she went to the Accel Frontline .. They asked to give the phone for 15days (To open the case and check) and get back to them to know If it's fixed or not..

I bought this crappy phone for 15, 000Rs and got pissed of on the same day itself.

Finally I Checked in Chennai (Sonyericsson service center, Greams Road) on 18th Jan.. Here too they asked the phone for 15days (To open/break and see if they can fix it).. For this I response I have to wait in Queue for 2hours :-(..

Is there any chance to get this phone replaced with new one? Does Sony will response to this complaint?

Since I had bought this phone 3days before only.

I seriously advise people to check the phone and buy, don't put the cash on desk for the sealed pack phone..
