NON RECEIPT OF BOND/MATURITY AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

My Inverstor ID No. is 234142810. Above Bond is in my son's name. On his attaining 18 yrs age on 17/09, UTI asked me to submit the original bonad certificate for re-issue of bond in major's name. I submitted he orignal bond and the required letter duly signed by all concerned on 01 May. I did not receive any response or the new bond certificate. The bond has now matured on 01 April and so far there is no intimation regarding repayment of the maturity amount.

Can you please check and respond.
